EAGLES

[ eagles are helpful to bards in many ways. their most notible service is the ability to carry messages from one bard to the next. they are also able to cast out and see if there are any obsticles ahead. they have a keep since of who they are being sent from and who they are to deliver to. they look just like the modern day bald eagle and are majestic creatures to look upon. ]

INDGUILS
[ these are creatures of the winterking. they are made of ice and are mainly found in the mountains. if one stumbles upon this creature, they can't really hold them in their eye almost as if these giants are just an illusion. they have incredible stength and enjoy throwing rocks and slamming their fists down upon a mountain that a traveler may be crossing. ]

STORMDOGS

[ like the indguils, these creatures cannot really be held in the eye but they are most certainly there. they too are creatures created by the winterking and they can be summoned by him whenever he wishes. true to their name, they appear during storms, whether it be over land or sea, and take the shape of something like a saint bernard. their baying takes the place of the thunder and the fire in their eyes lights up the sky just like lightning. ]

DOGSOLIDERS

[ these creatures are summoned from the abyss by the nameless one. the walk like men but their faces take on the shape of a wolf and their armor is shaped like that of a dog's, claws on their hands and feet and look canine teeth in their mouth. they only fight hand to hand but are often led by a powerful wight into battle. because of their wolfish nature, they are vicious and extremely hard to kill making them a formitable enemy. ]

WIGHTS

[ wights are much the same as hulls only their powers are much more complex. many a hull, when he releaces him bardic name, becomes a wight but many do not survive becuase of the immence amout of power suddenly forced upon it body. those who do survive are very few but they are often placed before the nameless one's armies to take care of long distance fighting while the dogsoldiers fight hand-to-hand. it is extremely difficult to kill a wight seing as you must hit it in the chest with a bolt of pure while fire. ]

ANIMALS

[ along with the supernatural creatures, edil-amarandh is home to many other creatures that could be seen today. they are:
wolves
rabbits
deer
horses
dogs
bears
beavers
birds
squirrels ]
